Welcome to the vet 69 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between vet 69 and its users. By accessing vet 69's website, mobile app, or any related services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.
These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of vet 69's services.
Important: These terms may be updated at any time. Continuing to use vet 69 after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
Vet 69 is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible betting environment for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions are a key part of fulfilling that commitment.
2Account Registration & Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on vet 69:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or older must be.
- Each individual is entitled to only one account can be created. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be terminated.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be True, accurate, and complete must be.
- Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
- Residents of regions where online betting is prohibited are not permitted to use vet 69's services.
Vet 69 may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Providing false information during registration will result in account termination, and any balance or winnings in that account may be forfeited. It is in your own best interest to register with accurate details.
3Deposit & Payment Policy
vet 69currently accepts the following payment methods:
- bKash — from both personal and merchant accounts
- Nagad — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile payment service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and a maximum single-deposit limit applies. Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly. If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact support with a screenshot of the payment.
All deposits must be made from your own account and in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.
Warning: vet 69 will not be responsible for deposits made to the wrong number or through the wrong method. Please verify all details carefully before completing a transaction.
4Withdrawal Policy & Process
The following rules apply when withdrawing from vet 69:
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳1,000।
- Withdrawals are typically 12 to 48 hours' processed within.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonuses.
Vet 69 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity. During this time, additional documentation may be requested. Submitting the required documents promptly will help speed up the process.
5Bonus & Promotion Terms
vet 69's bonus and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms:
- Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement which are clearly stated on the Bonus page.
- The welcome bonus is available exclusively to For new members per member — each member is eligible once only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the required wagering amount has been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
- Vet 69 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or collecting bonuses via another person's account — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be terminated.
All bonuses at vet 69 are issued in BDT. Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
6Betting Rules
The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on vet 69:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash-out feature applies.
- Vet 69 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
- Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
- Vet 69 is not liable for disconnections during live betting; all bet outcomes will be settled according to the actual result of the event.
- Arbitrage betting — placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
Vet 69 always strives to offer the best odds. However, odds may change due to market movements even after a bet is placed — in such cases, the odds at the time of placing the bet will remain in effect.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vet 69 platform:
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
- Identity Fraud: Opening an account under another person's name or identity.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Hacking or Software Manipulation: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to vet 69's systems.
- Bot Usage: Using automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Collusion: Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by colluding with other players.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.
8Account Closure & Suspension
Vet 69 reserves the right to close or suspend an account under any of the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of the Terms.
- If suspicious activity is detected.
- If KYC verification has not been completed.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
- Due to legal obligations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, as clearly stated on the relevant page.
9Responsible Gaming
vet 69 Believes that betting should be for entertainment purposes only. We consider responsible gaming a core part of our values.
The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all members on our platform:
- Deposit Limit: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Bet Limit: Set a maximum amount per single bet.
- Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break of 24 hours up to 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Locking the account for a specified period or permanently.
- Reality Check: Regular reminders of session time and spending at set intervals.

10Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a dispute with vet 69, please follow the steps below:

- Step Two: Submit a formal complaint with a description of the issue, the relevant dates, and supporting evidence.
- Step Three: vet 69 will review complaints and provide a decision within 7 business days.
- Step Four: If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may appeal to a higher dispute resolution committee.
Vet 69's decision in resolving any dispute shall be considered final and binding. However, the complaint process outlined above must be completed before any legal action is taken.
11Changes & Updates to Terms
Vet 69 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members through one or more of the following methods:
- Sending a notification to the registered email address.
- Displaying pop-up notifications upon login to the platform.
- Altering the "Last Updated" date on this page.
Continuing to use vet 69 after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please request to close your account.
